RUSS RIGGINS

Treasurer

Russ Riggins is the head of the tax credit advisory group at Three Point Capital, a film & TV financier.  He started his film finance career at the Comerica Entertainment Group, financing independent film, television, and video game projects, before joining Summit Entertainment (best known for The Twilight Saga) in a corporate finance role.  Prior to Three Point Capital, Russ served as EVP of Finance and Operations at Millennium Films / Nu Image (best known for The Hitman’s Bodyguard, Olympus Has Fallen, and The Expendables franchise), where he oversaw all financing and treasury activities of the group of companies.

Russ is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, and UCLA’s Professional Program in Screenwriting.  He serves as the treasurer of CAPE, the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment, and occasionally can be found playing with the improv group Cold Tofu.
