She is credited on over 200 television programs, with experience producing all-star variety specials, award shows, live spectaculars, talk shows and documentaries. Some highlights of her career include four Emmy telecasts, five Disney specials, and seven specials with Presidents Ford, Reagan, Bush and Clinton. In addition, she has launched productions around the world, in places as far-flung as China, Canada, Africa, and Europe. A partial list of recent events she produced include the International Special Olympics Benefit from the Kennedy Center, the historic inter-religious event for Pope John Paul II's visit to Los Angeles, the pre-game entertainment for World Cup Soccer USA, and the entertainment extravaganza of the G7 Summit for President and Mrs. Clinton. Adele Yoshioka

President

Adele's first career in the entertainment field was as a successful dancer/actress/model in many films, TV and stage shows. A few of the directors and choreographers she has worked with are Bob Fosse, John Huston, Norman Jewison, Gene Kelly, Geoffrey Holder, Amy Heckerling, Michael Bennett, Herbert Ross, Ted Post, Lester Wilson, Ron Fields, Peter Gennaro and Pat Birch. As an actress, her most memorable role was as Clint Eastwood's girlfriend in MAGNUM FORCE.

Her second and current career is in international film distribution, specializing in contract and sales administration.  She has been Vice President at Image Organization, Behaviour Worldwide, CineTel Films, World International Network and is now with Nu Image/Millennium Films.

Her community service has varied from producing, directing and choreographing Japanese community shows to serving on the Board of Directors for AAPAA, East West Players and CAPE. She is a Founding Member of CAPE.

Katy Lim

Secretary

Katy Lim has held her current capacity as secretary for CAPE for the past four years and greatly enjoys the rigorous stenography and librarian-esque sexiness required for such a role. She also handles public relations for CAPE-yet CAPE still survives.

Katy is currently a Director with a leading independent public relations firms specializing in entertainment and consumer technology.  She previously served as Vice President of Development for a Paramount-based production company. Prior to that, she was Director of Development for The Donners' Company, where she worked under the mentorship of Lauren Shuler Donner and Richard Donner. Katy graduated from Occidental College and considers speaking at her college graduation to be her greatest achievement thus far (well, that and also vociferously heckling David Hasselhoff at a film premiere - eat it, Hasselhoff!).

Her parents are the entrepreneurs behind the second hip-hop clothing store in Sacramento called Fashion USA. They were janitors for years prior to owning their store (which they have successfully operated for more than 15 years) and have taken the American Dream and flipped it on its ugly little head. She is most proud of them and hopes to one day turn their story into a moving epic... starring white actors, of course. Soon, Katy hopes to be the new and formidable Mayor of Los Angeles (her campaign will include implementing a National Asian-Appreciation Drinking Day as a means of uniting all races in alcoholic harmony and reforming the public transportation system). Then she will rule the entire universe. Resistance is futile.
